WHERE IS FNC?

We are located in Kampala, the capital of Uganda (east central Africa), a city of about 1.3 million people. The equator lies 22 miles to the south so the temperature does not fluctuate very much averaging between 52 and 91 degrees F in the daytime. We don't experience seasons like spring, summer, winter or fall. Instead we have two dry seasons (June - August and December - February) and two wet seasons (March - May and September - November).
